Fresh Futsal Club – Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering a player with Fresh Futsal Club (Fresh FC), the parent or legal guardian acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Registration & Eligibility
Fresh Futsal Club programs are open to youth players ages 7–13. All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, families confirm that all information provided is accurate and that the player meets age and participation requirements.

2. Program Structure, Schedule & Commitment
Fresh FC operates on a month-to-month training model. Registration renews monthly unless proper cancellation notice is provided.
Weekly Training Schedule
Fridays | 5:00–6:00 PM – ROOKIES
(Entry-level futsal training)
Times may shift due to weather and court availability.
Fridays | 6:00–7:30 PM – ACADEMY
(Train Only – Developmental)
Times may shift due to weather and court availability.
Fridays | 7:30–8:00 PM – SELECT
(Train + Compete – Competitive Team)
Times may shift due to weather and court availability.
Sundays | 4:00–5:30 PM – ACADEMY
Times may shift due to weather and court availability.
Facility Notice:
Fresh FC will shift to indoor courts from the months of May through August.
Training schedules, locations, and group assignments may be adjusted as needed to maintain safety, development quality, and operational standards.

3. Fees & Payment Policy
Academy (Train Only): $185 per month
Rookies Program: $65 per month
Select Competitive Team Fee: $50 per month
One-time Registration Fee: $65 (new players only)
The registration fee includes:
Player setup
One (1) Fresh FC branded shirt
Other fees not listed may include, but are not limited to:
Parking fees
Private lessons
Tournament player cards (Select teams only)
Tournament entry fees (Select teams only)
All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise approved in writing by Fresh FC.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Weather Policy
A minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel monthly participation. Cancellations made without proper notice will result in the next month’s fee being charged.
All payments are non-refundable once charged. No refunds or credits will be issued for:
Missed practices
Schedule conflicts
Injuries or illness
Player withdrawal
Weather-related cancellations
In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or facility closures, Fresh FC reserves the right to cancel or modify sessions without refund. Makeup sessions or credits may be offered at the club’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

5. Training Pathways & Competitive Programs
Fresh FC offers two pathways:
Academy (Train Only)
Select (Train + Compete)
A separate registration process will be required for players selected for the Select competitive teams. Competitive participation may include additional costs such as uniforms, tournament fees, travel, and player cards, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Attendance, Preparation & Player Responsibility
Players are expected to:
Arrive on time
Come prepared with proper footwear, shin guards, and water
Be mentally and physically ready to train
Players are strongly encouraged to practice and work on skills on off-days to maximize development. Consistent attendance, preparation, and effort are essential for player growth and team cohesion.

7. Player Evaluations
Every three (3) months, each player will receive a 10-minute one-on-one sit-down evaluation with a Fresh FC coach. These evaluations are designed to:
Review player progress
Identify strengths
Address potential training gaps
Provide development guidance

8. Player Conduct & Club Standards
Fresh FC promotes a fun, competitive, and respectful environment. Players are expected to follow coaching instruction, respect teammates and opponents, and compete with effort and discipline.
Fresh FC reserves the right to remove any player whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with club values, without refund.

9. Parent & Spectator Expectations
Parents and spectators are expected to:
Support players positively
Refrain from coaching from the sidelines
Respect coaching decisions and club policies
All communication concerns must first be directed to Fresh Futsal Club administration. Direct contact with coaches should only occur after communication has gone through Fresh FC. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the facility or program.

10. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver (Arizona)
Participation in futsal involves inherent risks, including physical injury. By registering, parents/guardians knowingly assume all risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Fresh Futsal Club, its owners, staff, coaches, volunteers, and facility partners from any and all claims or liabilities, except in cases of gross negligence, as permitted under Arizona law.

11. Medical Authorization
Parents/guardians authorize Fresh FC staff to seek emergency medical treatment for their child if necessary and agree to be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

12. Media Release
By registering, parents/guardians grant Fresh Futsal Club permission to use photographs and videos of the player for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. Media may include backgrounds that contain spectators such as parents, guardians, and family members, unless a written opt-out request is submitted.

13. Equipment & Personal Property
Fresh FC provides training equipment. Players are responsible for personal items. Fresh FC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

14. Schedule, Policy & Program Changes
Fresh FC reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, coaching assignments, fees, or program structure. All changes will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, unless circumstances beyond Fresh FC’s control arise (including weather, facility issues, or emergencies).
If Fresh FC makes changes to its policies or terms, families will receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice via email prior to the changes taking effect.

15. Acceptance of Terms
Completion of registration through TeamSnap constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with club policies may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.We are a community of sports enthusiasts who come together to enjoy various sports activities. Our aim is to promote health and wellbeing through sports and provide a platform for members to connect and have fun.
